Youth
Group is a safe place for middle and high school youth to be who
they are. Youth group this year will be a new experience and its
direction is yet to be determined.
It
is a group based in a covenant formed by all of its members on the
first gathering for the year. Service, education, fun, and community
are all a part of the group.
This
group is a place to come during a time of your life when there are a
lot of spiritual questions and reformations. No answers are
guaranteed, but we can help each other wrestle with the questions. |

The
youth group checks in with each other each week after worship. Youth
and their sponsors meet for various activities from month to month.
Sometimes the meetings take place at the church; other times, the
group gets together at the church and then travels to another
location for different activities. Check the schedule on the Youth
Group Bulletin Board in the hallway at church or contact Kate
Hoffmeyer, youth and young adult leader, or Penny Shuler, youth group sponsor. |
